At Glamss Glow, we strive to provide high-quality beauty and skincare products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the process for returning products and obtaining refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- Not be on our list of non-returnable items (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been opened or used (such as skincare or cosmetics).
- Gift cards, downloadable products, or digital services.
- Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@glamssglow.com within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we review your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding original shipping fees).
- If your return is denied (e.g., the item is used, damaged, or outside the return window), we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@glamssglow.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will gladly offer a full refund or send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
8. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and once an item is shipped, we cannot cancel it. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process to return the item for a refund.
